Armin also became a shareholder with the position of V-P of Finance in a company operating 28 retail stores and a lab in the optical industry. This provided him with a full insight of the daily accounting, legal and business issues that most small/medium sized owners experience. He later returned to public accounting and joined Bongard Dale Fried in 1991. He built his practice focusing on corporations with small and medium sized owner managed businesses as well as professionals such as dentists, doctors, lawyers and consultants. He also has extensive experience in estate planning as well as business consulting. His hobbies include sports such as tennis and ball hockey as well as performing in a rock band.

Adam joined Bongard Dale Fried LLP in 1999 as a CGA student. He earned his CGA designation in 2002. He became “de facto” partner in 2007.

Thanks to his exceptional analytical skills and great work ethic he was able to gain great knowledge of real estate accounting (ASPE as well as IFRS) and all tax related aspects. Working with international investors helped him to develop interpersonal skills necessary to deal with any unforeseen circumstances.

His areas of expertise are: preparation of tax returns; personal, corporate or trusts, financial statements; ASPE or IFRS and working knowledge of various accounting and tax software including Oracle based international systems.

Contrary to most common opinions about accountants he likes to do unusual things, for example rafting on the Zambezi River or trekking to the Annapurna Base Camp.
